This group is intended for people who want to train together for a duathlon or triathlon.

The group is not guided by a professional coach and participating does not cost anything. We just get together swim, run, bike and hopefully have fun. Our members are triathletes of all levels from beginner to Ironmen.

We have multiple training sessions scheduled during the week. Training locations are mostly in the area between Hollywood and Boca Raton. Live in Palm Beach? Join our Palm Beach Chapter!

The best way to get started (especially if you're new to the sport) is to join us on Sunday mornings at John U Lloyd park in Dania for the sprint training. We welcome those who are training for their first Tri or Du. The more the merrier! Just RSVP, show up and check it out.

If you're a more advanced triathlete: check out our calendar. Many of our members are preparing for their first half-iron or their first full ironman and we're adding more and more long-distance trainings.
