Up until my sophomore year in high school I considered myself a christian. I had easily been indoctrinated since it was a way for me to fit in with a group of people and get to do things outside of home. However, that year I actually read the bible cover to cover and realized how bad a person this "God" character was and knew right then that God, who of course is actually an evil guy named Mosses, was clearly created in mans flawed image. I then realized how much more thrilling the studies of evolution where and I was from then on hooked on science and the amazing world science observes.
I am excited to meet like minded free thinkers. I enjoy socializing and being active, especially outdoors. I am so grateful that I am an atheist because I feel that it enables me to truly value the intricacy and beauty of the world around me.
