Kristen - I loved the Pad Thai! Where can I find coconut aminos so I can make some of my own. I bought the kelp noodles on my way home yesterday.

If you find any around town, you should grab it. Whole Foods has stopped carrying it. I have an order in for their next batch ;)

The information would have been 5-star, but I found it very distracting that the speaker's children were present and crying or playing with drums during the event and she would have to stop the event to attend to them. They're beautiful kids, but I am there to learn and feel that it would have been better to have them with a sitter or with someone watching them outside or next door. I would be willing to pay more to cover a babysitter for Kristen so she can focus on teaching. Also, it is imperative to start on time out of respect for those of us who made the effort to get there on time. I almost said something about that at the event. We lost 10 minutes of lecture time because it started late waiting for the people who weren't there, but then still ended on time. I prefer and pay for speakers who start on time and end on time.

    Hey Cheri,

I believe Kristen is going to do a bulk of coconut aminos; but in the meantime I saw 2 bottles at New Life on Oracle/Rodger a couple of days ago...

This class sounds wonderful! Is the raw vegan pad thai "crunchy" or soft enough for someone currently without any teeth to eat? Also, will your location be way out east again? (I'm lobbying for central to west....)

    • kristen t.

I hope to have a central location landed soon. The pad thai is not super crunchy but also not really soft. The kelp noodles and chopped cashews could be challenging but the sauce is amazing.
