This is my favorite time of year. Join us as we celebrate Autumn's abundant produce with ahhh*mazingly simple raw food recipes that are cozy, comfort foods.
As with all of our *Basics* Classes, you will learn to sharpen your basic techniques for a strong foundation and gain the confidence to move forward. The recipes for this class are very simple but yet have the gourmet flair that is sure to impress your holiday guests. We do push beyond the basics in this class so it is a purr*fect balance for the beginner and the more advanced home chef as well.

Rosemary Cheese and Savory Pumpkin Crackers - dehydrating tips and techniques will be discussed and Q&A for finding the right dehydrator for your lifestyle
BBQ Pumpkin Pate - Learn rolling techniques for leafy greens and nori sheets for fast and healthy food on the go
Pear Tart in a Cookie-Style Crust - We'll teach you various "pie making techniques" so you'll be ready when the Holiday Sweet Tooth hits.
This class will have some hands-on opportunity for those that desire it -- not required, feel free to just sit back and in*joy. We have a few aprons to share but we encourage you to bring one if you have it.
