This group is for those interested in pursuing the health and/or spiritual benefits of Yoga through physical posture, yogic breathwork, and meditation. Lasting happiness is attained only though a calm mind.
Everyone is welcome. There are no physical fitness and experience requirements. We will meet you wherever you are at. Those with stress-filled lives or a history of trauma are encouraged to participate. We are here to give you the tools to facilitate your own healing through a simple and cost-effective means.
