I've recently given up red meat, and am slowly working my way to cutting out all animal protein. I don't eat dairy products, and am also trying to cut out all wheat/gluten out of my diet. Since I'm fairly new to this way of eating, I want to make sure that I'm going about these changes in a safe and healthy way.
I'm a mommy to two babies, 2y/o and 9mo. I'm very interested in learning about the raw food diet, how to buy the best produce, and recipes and/or suggestions on how to help my family eat more fruits and vegs.
