This group is intended as a forum for sharing knowledge, finding direction and staying motivated about real estate buying, selling and investing. First time or experienced home buyers, investors, Realtors, service providers and anyone else with RE questions or knowledge to share will enjoy and benefit from activity in this group. Regular attendees include members with experience & knowledge of credit scores - mortgages - titlework - abstracts - closings - property management - investing - landlording - contracts - etc to answer questions or provide insight & direction.
No personal or financial information will be asked of or required of members or attendees. No properties, books, tapes or any other materials or services are sold or promoted for sale at our meetings. While we expect some networking and business arrangements to occur as a result of this group that is not the purpose of the group.
Membership and meetings are free, casual, informative and motivating. Our meetings are roundtable- question- answer-discussion style with no preset agenda or speaker. Members are welcome to bring a friend. Hope to see you soon!
