Gratitude is one of the most healing emotions there is. In fact, if you're feeling sad or depressed, spend time tapping into what you are grateful for and the sadness will begin to melt away.
There are so many moments in every single day to be grateful for. And when we focus on that, our disappointments take a back seat.
What makes your shine from ear to ear? What are the little moments that fill your heart?
We live in a crazy world flying through space at astronomical speeds. We’ve got a lot to be thankful for, and I wanted to share a few of my biggest areas of gratitude with you this evening. I have a feeling many of these areas will ring true with you as well. I also encourage you to come out and share your gratitude as well.
