Turtle Yoga Outdoor Meetup Group

This group is specifically for nature loving people who want to be outdoors and focus the energy of earth to help heal all sentient beings. The medium that we will be using is primarily Hatha Yoga, pranayama, movement of the winds, focus on the inner channels, and other simple spiritual practices. Turtle yoga primarily works on the front and back of the body. It addresses breaking down the armor of the body. It teaches us to be patient and mindful of our process. It give us simple practices that create protection. It is for those who want to help all of earth.

Beginners to Medium. This is not power yoga but you do hold some poses which builds core strength. Come outside to learn and BE

 This group will meet at local parks and wildlife trails in San Jose Cambrian, Oakridge, and Almaden Area.

Please bring your own outdoor yoga mat and own transportation. 

Please share any injuries or limitations with the teacher. 

Each participant agrees to practice at their own level and own risk with on-line waiver.

Cost varies according to group or one to one session. Contact kala for sliding scale if needed.

FREE Monthly Yoga Fieldtrip

We will go exploring natural spots around the Bay Area once per month if there is an interest. Some yoga and meditation will be involved. Usually, there is also some gift offered to those who attend. For example: Reiki Attunement, Healing Technique, or Chakra Healing. Fieldtrips at your own risk. Please wear shoes rather than flip flops!

 

Ultimate Goal

Turtle Yoga is making a sustainable community that meets individual and group needs while being fully financially supported. The very action of doing yoga outside and directing the energy toward peace isinvaluable. Thank you for getting involved. I am grateful for your enthusiasm.
