It went great, cool air breezes and the eel rep was really nice, along with meeting new hikers outdoor enthusiasts,

Hi Everyone, please note that we are starting at 8am tomorrow to beat the heat. The Jordan Scrub trail- head is at 2425 Marie St. in Malabar. From downtown Melbourne:
Take U.S. 1 south approximately 6 miles and turn right on Malabar Rd.
Take Malabar Rd. west approximately 0.6 miles and turn left onto Marie St.
Follow Marie St. south to the trail head parking on the left. This will turn into a hard-pack dirt road after Hall, continue just a bit further and you will find the trail head. My silver Ford F-150 pickup will be there.
Wear comfortable hiking attire and bring some water. EELS will provide gloves and the tools, but feel free to bring your own gloves/tools if you so choose. Also, a hat or sunscreen is a good idea, along with a power bar or other snack.
See you there! - Leslie and Dan
