HIKE

December 1st-Hike the trails of Sams House and Pine Island Join the Turtle Coast Sierra Club as we hike five to six miles through five different habitats. Wading birds, bald eagles, alligators, manatees, and bobcats are just a few of the animals that you may see. From Ice Age animals to Native Americans to early pioneers, Pine Island Conservation Area has a rich history. Mastodon tusks, pottery sherds, and 19th century farm tools found on site help piece together the story of this special place. Call Dan and Leslie Maloney to reserve your spot![masked]

Sam's House is the oldest house in Brevard County. Lots of interesting history and much to see on the trails. Very easy hiking!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
