Tailored to meet each student’s needs, this class offers modifications and challenges for every Asana to ensure that each individual is engaged in their practice. Yoga helps to calm your mind and strengthen your body and soul. Honor your body and begin to live your yoga practice every day, even as you step away from the mat.
If you have specific postures you want to work on or need some extra Pranayama or Chakra work, just let us know and we will do our best to make practice exactly what your body wants!

Lindsey is a RYT200 and Reiki II Practitioner who enjoys experiencing the asana practice of yoga through a variety of music, aromatherapy, and laughter. She began dappling in yoga in 2001, and over the last few years has developed a deep personal practice. She will offer reiki any time it is requested in class, and believes that laughter truly is the best medicine. She has a light-hearted and upbeat personality and her goal is to refresh and inspire each student.

It doesn’t matter if you held a posture the longest or went the deepest during meditation; what matters is that you welcomed your heart to the practice of yoga, and that you leave the mat knowing that you truly honored your body during your practice.”
Lindsey holds a BFA from UCLA in World Arts and Cultures-Performance Studies and trained in Cecchetti ballet since the age of five. Her dance background extends from tap to jazz, and contemporary to pole fitness. She’s also an outdoor enthusiast and loves rock climbing and hiking, and during the summer months you can find her racing canoes at the Happiest Place on Earth!
