TCAS Fear-Factor Potluck - Monthly Meet & Eat!

TCAS Adventure Seekers,

Spring is finally here!

1. Guys, it's time to spring exciting events in motion! I hope to see as many of you here at 4800 for our Monthly Potluck Meet & Eat to dish out your food for thought, ideas, timeshare, boat, camper, cabin, adventure dvd, or anything else you wish to share. Come forth to co-organize and make your fav event/adventure venue come true!

2. With members' suggestions, we've taking our Monthly Potluck one notch up - it's now challengingly called Fear-factor Potluck. I'm sure along with your many memorable adventures, you have at one time or another, experienced some equally thrilling gastronomical experience. So go ahead and bring forth a thrilling dish to share that screams Fear-factor! For a head start, I will dare you with TWO little original samples:

i. Century egg or pidan (Chinese: 皮蛋; pinyin: pídàn), also known as a hundred-year egg, thousand-year egg, or millennium egg.
