Due to my hosting 2013 New Year's Eve Sky Lantern Release a week later, I've merged our 2013 last TCAS Monthly Meet & Eat together into ONE potluck event! Please review the updated event info and update your rsvp responsibly.

Yes, it's time to let go of our past so that a new, better self can emerge in the New Year! What better way to symbolize that than to release beautiful ornamental sky lanterns with their thought-provoking beauty into the silence of the night at the stroke of midnight! Make your wish and watch it take flight into the universe!!!

I bought the wire-free eco-friendly type Flying Sky Lanterns in assorted colors and shapes, in eclipse, diamond, cylinder and heart shapes, and some basic whites. They are 100% biodegradable and fuel cell included.  If interested, please pay $5/lantern on this website when you rsvp. I can't promise you can get the color or shape of your choice as it'll be first come first serve! :)

Let's all bring together simple finger food to share as we huddle together for our winter bonfire and roast some marshmallows! Maybe there'll be some merry-making, dancing and prancing on the decks... maybe there'll be some caroling from YouTube since there are 12 days of Christmas. As usual, BYO but I'll have hot-water brewing for that heart-warming cuppa tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

This is a cross-event I'm hosting with MSP Multicultural Club. I've set this event for TCAS for 20 attendees. Please get on the wait list if it's full. Life is unpredictable and spots usually open up last minute so we'll try to accommodate as many as possible! We want to enjoy our time with those who are able to attend and not concern ourselves with those who cannot. In accordance with the Hosting Guidelines, if you've been marked as a ‘No Show' at one of my previous events, or a total of three events for this group, your RSVP will be removed.

There is no refund policy if you've paid, no show, or if your lantern fails to take off. This event is for ages 18 and above. In participating, attendees accept responsibility for their own as well as public safety, and liable for their actions. Stay alert before, during and after your sky lantern lights up. Also, please kindly tag the finger food you are sharing for easy allergen alert. I will confirm and send email address to final attendees before the event.

Let’s get together in celebration… see you all soon!

TCAS Adventure Seekers,

Let's roll out the good times!!!

It's about what YOU want! As a diversified participative group, we want our members to be inclusive and take the chance to come forth to join our organizing team in finalizing and/or co-organizing to make your fav event/adventure venue come true!

1. We hope to see as many of you, especially new members, here at 4800 for our Monthly Potluck Meet & Eat - dish out your food for thought, share new ideas, timeshare, boat, camper, cabin, adventure dvds, or anything else you wish to share.

2. For the Potluck, you only need to bring something (edible) of your choice to share or throw on the grills - so what will you bring? The gas and charcoal grills will be fired up, gazebos' all set up, bonfire's calling out your names.

3. If adverse weather condition prevails, we can still grill in the front sheltered patio, then cozy up with a dvd, OR dare you croon on the karaoke singing machine... woa...woa, yeah2! Thanks to our TCAS team - Chuck for sourcing and hooking up the Sony Home Theater Sound System, Jeff for linking the Karaoke Machine with the TV and Sound System, and Jay for earlier hooking up my laptop to complete THE package!

Adventure Seekers, we're just missing you now...

Please RSVP for headcount, and see you all soon!

P/S: Members who have not paid your TCAS $5/annum membership fee overdue since April[masked] and any other arrears, please go to your webpage for the link to pay. Tks!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
