Why: Support the activities of the Bike Commuter Institute (Maintaining Meetup Site)
The Twin City Bicycle Commuter Group (TCBCG) is for YOU if you see yourself in any of these situations:
You have recently begun commuting by bicycle
You have been out on the roads for an eternity and are just now seeing more cyclists
You are interested in taking the very first step in beginning a bike commuter lifestyle but are not sure where to begin
TCBCG was initiated by the Bike Commuter Institute (www.bikecommuterinstitute.org) to generate further communication among commuters and is the place where commuters share their wealth of experience and knowledge of commuting routes, equipment, road safety, clothing, innovations in bike technology and bike shops that cater to commuters, lighting, and myriad other topics people want to explore.
Any level of experience is valued. We will try and meet at geographical diverse locations around the Twin Cities so it won’t be a very long ride for anyone (we assume members will be riding to our meetings!)
