This was a great way to start off the year. I would suggest doing a 101 every year for new members.

Bill did a great job. He gave all of us novitiates a solid sound footing in Hadoop and I enjoyed his style.

Very good firehose introduction. Lots of information, but well organized and without that overwhelming feeling. Would recommend to new or interested users.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it tonight due to something that just came up at the last minute. Hopefully, I'll be able to catch up with the Hadoop community at a later date!

Any chance this would be webexed or have a dial in or connect session or anyway to attend from offsite?
