Yoroshiku! We are a group of people from around the Twin Cities (and everywhere in MN!) who love Japanese culture! Whether it be anime, manga, j-rock/j-pop, cosplay, sushi, tea, the language, the history, or anything else - we discuss it, share it, enjoy it, and embrace it! If you like any of these things, and want to meet others in the area who also do, join us now! We're going to have regular meetups for anyone who wishes to come along! Some events will be themed around our mutual love for Japanese culture, other events will just be to forge connections with others who have similar interests. We welcome everyone!       So I hear that you don't really need a ticket unless you plan to go into the vendor area and attend the rave, but you can still walk around in the open areas. That's how it was at other cons I've been to, but is it true for Detour also? If it is, then those without a badge can still come, meet us, and enjoy time together :)

      That's kind of true, people can meet in the main area, as it's a public space near the pool so that other hotel guests that are there for unrelated things can still get to those areas. There isn't anything you can really do, but you can sit and meet in the open area as far as I know. :)
