Kurt Kiddoo will be our speaker!

Hi Ladies!

The month is quickly flying by, so I hope you can make it to our meeting on Tuesday, May 21st.  Kurt Kiddoo is going to be our speaker.  He'll be teaching the Professional Trader class that week and has generously agreed to speak to our group for the first hour of our meeting.  I'm attaching his bio:

Kurt Kiddoo holds a degree from the University of Minnesota as well as a Masters in Finance.  His business career started in the late 1980’s where he was one of the founders a of start up franchise helping to grow the business to 75 retail outlets within 3 short years.  After exiting the franchise industry Kurt spent 12 years working for the largest independent residential real estate company in the country serving in a variety of corporate financial roles.  Following his work in the real estate industry, Kurt began working in the financial services industry with a full service investment brokerage firm in several capacities most notably as that of Risk Manager.  In that role, he was responsible for monitoring the firm risk on a $1.4 billion securities loan portfolio.  His other roles included Product Manager and Analyst within the Fixed Income department.  He has held both a Series 7 and 63 securities license.

Kurt began trading the financial markets full time after completing his first Online Trading Academy class in 2005.  His trading experience covers both the Equities and Futures markets where he stresses keeping it simple and trading with a plan.  His OTA coursework includes, Pro Trader, XLT, E-minis and Broad Market Analysis.  In addition to his trading, Kurt also assists with the Power Trading Workshops and supports the OTA graduates.

If you can come a little early there are light snacks and beverages available in the lounge area right across from the room we meet in.  If you don't get there by 6, you'll have to enter through the door on the north end of the building, as the one on the south end locks at 6.  I hope you can all make it & I look forward to seeing you then.  If you have a trade you'd like to discuss, please bring it in & we'll talk about it.

Good trading!

I enjoyed Kurt as my Pro Trader instructor and he was good last night. It is nice to know there are others that are "afraid" Lori
