What is your favorite boat to paddle?

Old Town Loon 138. Best all-around kayak, stable, fairly fast, used to be considered a sea kayak until sea kayaks got longer and skinnier and require a lot of training in rescue techniques because they go over so easily.

where is your favorite place to paddle in Minnesota?

Quiet rivers such as the Crow Wing and St. Croix.

I once did a lot of canoeing, Boundary Waters 39 trips. Now I like to kayak but haven't done it a lot.
