Tao Yin (Yin Yoga)
Come and relax your mind with meditative movements and energizing stretches of Tao Yin exercises taught by Andrea Sullivan. Tao Yin uses movements similar to Hatha Yoga but originate from ancient China. Qigong incorporates breath with movement to collect Qi in key parts of the body. These exercises use twisting and stretching to increase flexibility, release the bodies toxins, improve bone health by twisting tendons, core strengthening, and over all increase circulation and vitality to the organs.
These classes are held every Sunday (except May 12th) at the River Garden Yoga Center.
