I got my laser rangefinder mounted on my Red Robot. I took the sonar module off, which wasn't being used anyway.
I am not going to feverishly try to reassemble all of the electronics and random mechanical parts to have it actually running by tomorrow night (10/18/2012) . But I will have it with me on a cart for people to look at. Then I will probably move it back into my office at work and try to get the laser and mapping working. So maybe by next month I will have something that is actually impressive to show off.
