I found this at the Nirvikalpa. Towards the bottom of a section called 'Inner Sense 4'
It says that it is from Early Sessions, book 1.
Seth gives an exercise that will help you 'experience an Idea':
"sit in a quiet room. When an idea comes to you ... do not play with it intellectually.
Reach out to the idea intuitively. Do not be afraid of or reject unfamiliar bodily sensations.
With practice ... you will find that you can become the idea.
You will be inside the idea, looking out, not looking in. This is thought.
If you think you think, you are in for a surprise."
