(The most important thing to learn as a passive investor, is how to select the right lead investor. It is NOT just the property, the financing, the property management. All of these are important, and we will be discussing each of these items in depth)
The Mentor I have selected, could also become your mentor. After extensive research with many of the National Guru's, Lindahl, Scheel, and others. Most of the time I was very disappointed with the lack of detail and content. Most of them seemed more interested in selling me the next program, instead of helping me learn how to buy apartments.
The man I am working with bought his first 32 unit complex in Houston, about ten years ago. Within 3 years, having no prior experience, he had made over one million dollars, and rolled those profits into larger units in Dallas. He has been mentoring many Dallas investors to successfully do their first deal. I have met these investors, and seen their properties, and this is the real deal.
He now owns / Controls over 1,000 units in the DFW Market, and he is a qualified expert. He offers very affordable group mentoring, as well as one-on-one mentoring.
