We scream for ice cream!!

Riding the Dakota trail out as far as it goes (Lester Prairie?) and a brisk pace 14-16 mph in the burbs and 18+ once we get out of the city....this is a flat smooth all paved ride out and back. We might stop for a beverage somewhere near the halfway mark and some ice cream at Uncle Ron's on the way back...with a lunch to follow at Wayzata Bar and Grill afterwards if peeps want to go. Helmets and humor required!!!! Total mileage is 50-60 miles. Wheels rolling @ 0800 sharp :)

Looks like there are some new people... [masked] is my number as the trail head can be a bit tricky if you have never been there before.

How about if I join Nicole and Joy and we go a little slower and maybe not so far?

Sounds awesome! I'm going to see if I can't get back in time to join you. Not sure that I will be able to maintain 18mph but I can catch up or join you on the way back : )

I really want to join in but I know I cannot keep up. Thinking I might meet up, draft you guys for as far as I can go and just get dropped. That would be OK. More time for ice cream for me....

Please pay attention to the posted speed and distance of this ride, if you want to ride slower and less distance there is another ride posted for Saturday hosted by Marilynn I.

I encourage anyone who does not want the distance or speed of the Ice Cream ride to join my Sunny Casual ride on Saturday morning. If you are attracted to Patrick's ride because of the ice cream option, I just want you to know if my riders want ice cream we can get it at either Lake Harriet or at Ben and Jerry's at the end. ;)

Can I still go if I know I will NOT keep up? You young studs are way too fast for me. Oh, and do they serve lactose free ice cream and gluten free cones? Enough complaints for now, but I will be sure to think up some more before Saturday thank you!

    July 16, 2013

    • Patrick

Of course you can keep up! I don't know about the ice cream and cones but maybe someone else does??

      July 16, 2013

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
