http://bikemnm.nation... YOU MUST REGISTER THRU THE MS SITE HERE:
http://bikemnm.nation... Registration is now only $15 until Dec 31st. Fundraising minimum is $50!! Check in at Aldrich Arena, Saturday, May 7, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. I recommend registering as an individual. I ride with CRA, but they do not have a Team riding this event, just the MS150. Dust off your bike and choose a 60- or 30-mile scenic route. Hands down the best supported one-day ride the Twin Cities has to offer. You can decide to do either route the day of, so no worries if you're not feeling it that day :) Rider check list: -Bicycle helmet (required) -Sunglasses (helps protect your eyes from the wind) -Small first aid kit (maybe a few bandages and an alcohol wipe) -Two large water bottles (Really only one because of the rest stops every 10-15 miles) -Patch kit/spare tube (ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY) -Frame or mini-pump (just about everyone/ride marshalls has one, not necessary) What to expect: Bike MS: Allianz Twin Cities Ride is a one-day bike ride starting and finishing at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood. This ride offers you a 30- or 60-mile scenic route along the Gateway Trail. Cyclists at all levels of expertise enjoy this ride. Your registration fee is an amazing value which includes a commemorative ride T-shirt, 2 meals, food and drinks at rest stops, mechanical and medical support, police support, support vans, entertainment and much more! As soon as you register, you’ll have access to our online fundraising tools, making fundraising easier and more convenient than ever. A fundraising minimum of $50 (in addition to the registration fee) is required. Please note: For the safety of all participants, cyclists must be at least 12 years of age by event day in order to register. Download the 2010 minor waiver, which must be signed and notarized before event day (notary will be onsite).
