"SOCIAL SCIENCE NIGHT" at The Science Museum, St. Paul

SOCIAL SCIENCE NIGHT is an after work Science Museum of MN special event/cocktail party for adults only (21+ with valid ID).

~ This event, "The Dead and Undead," will allow you to explore the creepier side of science..... from brains to blood to the chill that runs down your spine. Sounds like early Halloween fun if you like forensics and history.
~ Enjoy drinks, food, and live music with local community organizations.
~ All of the museum's exhibits will be open. (I have been to this museum, and you WILL like it!)
~ Cost is $10 for Science Museum members, $15 for non-members.
~ You don't have to be a science, mathematics or IT geek to attend!! Be sure to stop by!

El, I wouldn't be so hard on yourself... it was chaos in there.

Spent 30 minutes in the ticket line and another 30 looking for meetup group. Checked all restaurants that were open, but never saw a sign. Found the museum meetup group. The event itself was good once you got in.

I don't think the museum was prepared for the size of the crowd. They had plenty of volunteers inside, but not nearly enough ticket sellers. I waited 30 minutes to get in which is probably why I didn't find the group.
You need to be able to enjoy the museum and not just wait for everyone to make it through the line.

El, thanks for organizing, even though I never found the group. I enjoyed the event and wouldn't have heard of it. MN is not the most welcoming state; I was warned about that by another transplant when I first moved here.

I was there when the museum opened for the event. I did find El....and met 2 other folks downstairs. I found the Museum meetup... but no one else. I have never been to the museum in this location before, so it was a nice way to see the museum. It was a little unnerving because I guy from the other group kept folling me around..... Nice not to have to deal with little ones running underfoot.

Museum is not handling admissions well; 2 people for will call and 2 for everyone else. Poor planning on their part.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
