Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St Paul and surrounding area in Minnesota) Visualization group focuses on creating a community around visually telling stories (most often with computer technology and data). The group arose out of the desire of a handful people that wanted to discuss visualization across sectors, such as non-profits, journalism, museums, academia, arts, and the private sector. We welcome everyone; mostly likely you work with visualization technologies, work closely with people that do, or are interested in getting started.
We regularly meet on the Third Tuesday of each month at Clockwork (but do check the schedule to make sure as sometimes this can shift).
