I could also do a <30 min demo of the interactive housing market data visualization tool that we've built. It's web-based and is almost guaranteed to captivate the interest of current and prospective homeowners.

I could do a presentation on a graphical method to visualize big tables with hundreds of items and a dozen or so properties per item. I could do a demo for stock market returns. But any big table would do. The method is up on the web and I could demonstrate that if the meeting room has WiFi.
I think that the demo would probably take 30 minutes or so. Since it is interactive with the display changing at the user's command the time used could be variable.

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone is well. We still need a presentation or two for next week. Anything from 5 to 30 minutes on basically any topic sort of related to data visualization. If you present, you don’t have to be registered for the meetup. Just email me or comment on the meet up page.

Also, as usual, if you can’t make it to the meeting, PLEASE, PLEASE update your RSVP status, even if you are on the wait-list. We are still waiting/working on a bigger space, but for now, you can definitely assume someone else wants to go if you don’t.

All the best,
