Sundays starting March 30, through April (except Easter Sunday), there will be a yoga classes at the Yoga Sanctuary off of 46th Street near 35W. The new start time will be 10:30 AM. There is no obligation to attend this class, however I will accept voluntary donations to help cover the small cost to rent the studio. No experience is necessary as any and all levels of experience is welcome. If you do not have a yoga mat, there will be plenty available. This will be a 75-minute Vinyasa Flow class. If you have time after class, we will head over to the Sun Street Bakery to continue the meetup.
This class will be taught by Andrew Craddock, a Spring 2013 graduate of Corepower Yoga's 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and Extensions Program. The yoga class will start promptly at 10:30 AM. Please attempt to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. To respect other students, if you are unable to arrive by 10:30 AM, please plan on attending the next yoga session offered. If needed, there are restrooms and a changing room. There is also ample street parking in the area.
If you have any questions, please comment as there may be others wondering the same thing. You can also email me if you do not wish the matter be public. Please bring with you a yoga mat, towel, and water. As I said earlier, there are plenty of yoga mats available for use. I hope to see you there!
