Twin Cities PSYCH-K® Meetup is the social networking group for people who have a passion for personal growth and manifesting their life dreams.  Drawing from neuroscience research, PSYCH-K® is an easy-to-use tool to change subconscious beliefs.  By integrating left and right brain hemispheres, these techniques reduce resistance to new ideas and life-changing habits.

My name is Monika Hoyt and I am an Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator, licensed therapist and life coach. I was fortunate enough to be trained by the founder, Rob Williams, and I have over 12 years of experience in counseling and coaching both in the United States and New Zealand.

Whether you are new to PSYCH-K®, or a long-time practitioner, you are warmly welcome at our events and meetings.  These meetups will focus on the "psychology of change," demonstrate some basic PSYCH-K® techniques, and provide a forum for discussion and questions.
