We'll start off with yoga to prepare for seated meditation, followed by 30-minutes of zazen, and then a discussion period.
This gathering is appropriate for folks new to meditation and yoga, as well as for long-time practitioners....and everyone in between!
Please wear comfortable clothing. Cushions, chairs, and blankets will be available. Please RSVP, so I can set up appropriately. Plan to arrive in time to be in your seat at a few minutes before 3:00. If you'd like help finding a comfortable sitting posture for meditation, please arrange to meet me at 2:45.
