Zen Practice in the park

(Did I already write a message about this? Sorry, folks, I'm not all that tech. savvy!)

I'm going to be out of town on the 14th, so Robin has graciously offered to lead this practice period. And she's leading you all to a park near the yoga center. You'll need your own yoga mats and cushions.

Thanks guys for showing up and sharing practice with me. Here's a link to that nut bread I was talking about. It isn't raw, but its soooooo tasty and easy to make.

I won't be able to make this one, but I look forward to the next one.

My apologies, but I will have to cancel. I'm finishing up a project that goes out next Tuesday so I'll be working tomorrow.

Bring a blanket or yoga mat, and something comfortable to sit on. The weather looks about perfect, but a bit hot. I'll find us a space in the shade. Looking forward to practicing with everyone.
