We'll start off with qigong practice, followed by 30-minutes of zazen, and then a discussion period.
This gathering is appropriate for folks new to meditation and yoga, as well as for long-time practitioners....and everyone in between! Please wear comfortable clothing.
Please RSVP, so I can set up appropriately. Plan to arrive in time to be in your seat at a few minutes before 3:00. If you'd like help finding a comfortable sitting posture for meditation, please arrange to meet me at 2:45.
A donation of $5-7 is requested. All proceeds are used for basic operating expenses of this sangha.
