Hi There! Glad you found us. Let's get started.

Who:

• Fun people who want to run off a hard days work

• Competitive Soccer players to people who are just looking to re-live the glory days

• Guys and Girls, preferably 18 yrs old+

• We are not associated with the Church in terms of faith but we do ask that all members respect the gym and church grounds. Golden Rule people, you get it.

What:

• Indoor soccer.

• In a Basketball Gym.

• 10 Minute Games, everyone will play 4 games a night

• Shooting at 4'x6' nets.

• 5v5 (4 and a goalie each side)

• Goalies can not use their hands unless to protect face/etc.

• Everyone will play goalie once for 5 minutes, some will play twice in a night. The goalie responsibility rotates through each team until everyone has played.

• There are no set teams. This is pick-up style soccer. Teams will be divided at the start of the night by drawing numbers.

• Call your own fouls. Foul disputes will be decided by the game organizer. We're adults. Let's act like it.

• MUST BRING 1 WHITE and 1 DARK SHIRT to play. Gray does not count and you will be booed.

• Overall, we're here to have fun. There is even some occasional music to lighten the vibe. The gym is not your home. Treat it and everyone with respect and we'll be good to go!

Where:

Hollywood United Methodist Church

6817 Franklin Ave.

Los Angeles, CA 90028

On the north side of Franklin. and the West side of Highland.

Parking:

• We have a large lot on site to park in for free. Entrance is on Franklin on the east side of the church.

• In the event that the lot is being used by other events and is crowded, please be courteous to the workers. They will direct you where you need to go.

Payment:

• Payment (that solely goes towards renting the gym out from the church) can be made for each game online through PayPal or in person with CASH only (preferred). Checks and Monopoly money not accepted. Gold Chains will be considered.

How do I get on the list? I keep getting emails saying there's spots open.

    July 29, 2013

    • Pete R.

Hey Bryant! Good question. Everyone receives the same email when spots open up so usually it is whoever is fortunate enough to be on their email at the time the email comes through, that is able to rush to get the open spot first. Spots open up all the time during the week especially the day of the given game. Best of luck!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
