Good news. For the convenience of all recipients, Angel DeFazio has
volunteered to send in anyone's letter electronically, which is one of
the approved methods for getting it submitted before the Oct 2
deadline. here is how it works:
a.) Fill out your name and address in the template location on the attached document, change date accordingly and sign the letter like this: /s/ John Q. Public (all same font size) Angel tells me that this is a legal signature.
b.) Save it as a word doc and send to Angel at [address removed] as an attachment
c.) In the subject line of the e-mail write: Smart meter letter for electronic submission
d.) In the body of the e-mail write: Angel - I am requesting that you file this letter to the PUCN electronically for me. Thank you, John Q. Public
