This is the second module (Oct 24 - Nov 14) out of 2 modules of Meditation Classes. You can participate to one, or both of them. The participation to the second module is not conditioned of the participation to the first one. 

This is the first class of the second module.

In these classes you will learn very simple steps to deep meditation. Sharpen your memory and intelligence. Awaken your deep intuition and creativity. Experience bliss!

This training consists of a two modules of gradual teachings of 4 classes (1/week). You will gradually learn to train and control your mind to an amazing extent.

Mental control and deep meditation are the secrets of emotional stability, success in positive thinking, self healing and overcoming past pains. the ability to meditate is the true sign of spiritual evolution and is common to all religions and spiritual paths.

With constant practice, deep meditation, cosmic consciousness and ecstatic bliss can be your everyday experiences.

You will also get initiation in using an ancient mantra that will connect you with divine energies that will rapidly elevate your level of vibration.

You do not need any previous experience with yoga or meditation to attend. 
You can attend the course for as long as you feel necessary.
