You are right, concepteur en ergonomie seems to be the best term similar to an experience designer. Thanks for the link. The translation helped for sure. :)

    HelloW Andrea.

    Hum, a user experience designer?
    I'd say: Concepteur d'expérience utilisateur
except that the nuance and real/full meaning of what you mean is probably lost here. My second guest would be:
    Concepteur en ergonomie

    Cheers,
    Daniel.

Thanks Daniel. I guess User Experience is still the most common term used, but there is so much more behind it: employee experience, service design etc. That's why I leave out the word "user"out, because it's a bit too limited. We can chat about what is most commonly used in Quebec tonight, though. I'm looking forward to it. Cheers,

I'm looking forward to meeting all of you. I just moved here a few months ago and can't wait to build a new network of UXers. Speaking of that, I am currently updating my LinkedIn Profile and was wondering what the French name is for User Experience Designer, or just Experience Designer. I want potential employers to be able to find me in both languages. Thanks in advance for the tip. See you tomorrow.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
