What do you hope to get out of Experience Design Perth?

I hope to learn a little something from people that know what they're talking about in the field of UX, and hopefully share some things I've learnt along the way too.

What is your role, how does it relate to User or Customer Experience Design?

My role is to make sure the team I work with create successful products. Great UX with the product and brand are critical to a product's success.

How do you define User or Customer Experience Design?

UX is commonly misconceived as beginning and ending at the UI of a site or app, but it's really about improving all the contact points that a customer has with your organisation to make them as pleasurable as possible.


I'm a product manager, front end web developer and co-founder of a new startup focussing on analytics and alerting for corporate networks.
