Introduction
I'm an environmental engineer with post-grad in sustainability. I'm a big fan of design thinking and creativity.
What do you hope to get out of UX Perth?
Brainstorming, good ideas exchange, explore the 'world' of UX and combine skills for better problem solving and increase clear communication on difficult issues.
What is your role, how does it relate to User Experience Design?
I like to solve problems in a way that is fun for me whilst aiming for an outside-the-box-effective solution. Combined skills help tackle problems in such a way and help design smarter and less boring products/services to everyone.
What is User Experience Design to you?
A skill set to shorten the gap between the need for online accessibility of relevant information and enjoyability of the experience (i.e. user finds everything it needs in the amount of time perceived as reasonable).
