Thanks to those that attended the Remote Research discussions.
In November (14th) we are looking at Pervasive Information Architecture. - it's a different slant on an old topic, the major aspect that will be a interest is the Cross Channel Experience, this is a very hot topic at the moment.

In December (12th) -
To often in UX we look at the fine detail of our tools and techniques. We fail to see the bigger UX framework in which we can hang things off. In December we are discussing UX frameworks.
The Seed Book is by Alexander Osterwalder, Business Model Generation
I'm also on the lookout to maybe move our group to a facility to run presentations, don't think the oxford will let us use the rooms upstairs for free!
