I just saw this great example of how to groom people giving feedback so unhappy people are less likely to be publishing ratings.

Technique is not app-store specific, could be used anywhere that you have public reviews including your own public feedback pages or just Twitter stream!

Justifiable client management or immoral spin-management? 

Could we base a future meetup around discussing similar techniques and public ratings in general?
