IXDA might have some usability issues. But when it comes to irony, it's spot on!

I had the same issue but i noticed

that towards the end it mention this
"event is currently full. If you're interested in attending, please post a comment below, and I will add you to the waiting list."

Dear LA Usability Pros:

There?s quite a bit of news to share this week?

IxDA Event this Thursday

Check out ?Interactive Spaces - Art, Design & Engineering? by our pals at IxDA this Thursday,  October 14 at 7:00 PM in North Hollywood .

RSVP here: http://www.ixda.org/local/event/27830 (be sure to log in first or you won?t see the option to RSVP!).

World Usability Day Update

The Los Angeles chapter of the Usability Professionals Association will be participating for the first time ever in World Usability Day this year. Save the date ? Thursday, November 11, 2010 ? right now, so you can be sure to play your part in showcasing LA?s usability talent! We?re planning to encourage usability pros from across LA to get their peers to participate in a fun usability exercise, followed by a big party that evening to celebrate the increased sanity and joy that good usability brings to the world. Full details will be sent out in the next two weeks. Let us know if you?d like to volunteer to help pull it all together.

Follow Us on Twitter

Alexis Antonelli has taken the lead in getting us on Twitter, and you can follow us here: @LosAngelesUPA. Stay in touch with other usability pros and get interesting updates and tidbits.

Touch Screen Presos

For those who requested access to the presentations from our recent Touch Screen Usability Meetup, three of the four presenters have posted their files. Just visit the files section of our Meetup site here.

Best always,

Kathryn, Alexis, Hilary & Dennis
