The California HealthCare Foundation, San Diego Department of Health and Human Services, and Health 2.0 are gearing up to bring San Diego County a two-day code-a-thon focused on cancer, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, and stroke and leveraging San Diego County health data.
The event, Harnessing Local Data to Help Prevent Four Major Diseases in San Diego County, is open to designers, developers, data scientists, doctors, entrepreneurs, local officials, and anyone else interested in the topics of health, data, design and development. Participants will collaborate on novel dynamic data visualization solutions to improve the health of San Diego County as a whole.
