I'd like to talk exchange experiences with different applications and understand how to better match interface experiences with what the user images.
Traditionally I am in involved in training users, beginning to advanced functions of different applications. I would like to get involved in way that makes the customer feel that the products I am involved in created were really created for them. Which is difficult when working with a wide range of skill sets.
I'm a product engineer at Management Science Associates. I have a background in psychology and marketing .
