I need to choose a helpdesk software that meets my needs, and I'm choosing between Desk, Zendesk and UserVoice. Any thoughts on this? For now we are using a mix of a manual on our own site, email, Olark, Facebook/Twitter, blogging, Google groups, and UserVoice idea requests. I'm hoping to streamline that by using a helpdesk service.
