The Ukulele Club of Las Vegas met for the first time in June of 2009. The goal was to create a ukulele community that focuses on fun, friendship, good music, and the love of the mighty, little ukulele.

All skill levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged to come and join in, as we all learn together. We offer beginner and intermediate classes throughout the year.
We meet weekly and play a pre-determined song list that will include various genres of music. Most everything we play is pre-1980.

We are an amateur club, but have the privilege of playing locally for various organizations. It is such a pleasure to bring the joy of the ukulele to others. It is virtually impossible to play and/or listen to a ukulele and not feel happy.

Our members come from every walk of life. We have no social, educational, monetary or religious barriers between us.

It is said that "the ukulele is easy to learn, but difficult to master." Each of us is somewhere on that path, and we can encourage and inspire one another to greater musical understanding and accomplishment...while having a great deal of fun.

Guests are welcome to participate or just observe.
