Tina Broad (our favourite music consultant, leader of choirs and mean uke player/songwriter) will warm us up with some harmonies and loosening up exercises, and we will play through our arrangements for the Floriade repertoire. She will help us with final selection of the playlist and give harmony, pacing, and other performance ideas. Also revision of good basic stagecraft and performance practice.
Should be fun. Planning a fifteen minute break at around 3.15.
Anyone performing for the first time at Floriade is Very Strongly Encouraged to attend. Also if you are thinking of going to Blue Mountains Festival early next year, Captains Flat Market Day (November), or the National Folk Festival at Easter 2014 (if our application is accepted) you will find this very helpful.
$10 cost to help the club with Tina's fee and travel.
