This foodie club is for single adults who just love well cooked ethnic food. Not the tame Americanized fare. We will meet at various LA/OC authentic ethnic restaurants to share our passion for great food, great prices, great people, and great conversation! Cuisines include Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Nepalese, Japanese, Cuban, Salvadorean, regional Mexican by State, Peruvian, Persian, Armenian, Russian, Israeli, Afghani, Pakistani, Brazilian, and then sum. Casual dining will be encouraged at small tables so we can really get to meet each other. Optional coffee after lunch or dinner to discuss the food, the atmosphere, the vibe, and topics at hand. Our group will try to space the dining excursions geographically so that various locales of LA/OC are included. Everybody in LA cherishes local drives or better yet local walks. Communication, commitment, sincerity, desire, and fun. Dining out at authentic ethnic restaurants is our passion!

There is a small place, a storefront with a blue sign (okay a hole in the wall) on Robertson that sells empanadas (like a turnover) that are baked (not fried) with 8 kinds of fillings: beef, chicken, corn, ham and cheese, apple, tomato/basil with Mozzarella cheese, cheese with onions and vegetarian.
