Lightroom Part 2 - Editing (Develop)

In this class, the second in our series of Lightroom hands on workshops, Joe Fitzpatrick will show you how the Lightroom Develop Module makes post processing your images quick and easy.

Learn how to fine tune exposure, easily correct white balance, and add pop to your images by adjusting and enhancing colors and contrast.  See how the crop and level tools can correct common compositional mistakes.  Find out how Lightroom can correct lens distortion, straighten buildings, reduce noise and sharpen images.  Explore how Lightroom can save you time and effort by applying adjustments to multiple images.

Joe teaches this small class workshop in the friendly, easy to understand style that many have experienced on his photowalks and workshops.  Lightroom can be frustrating
if you are trying to learn it on your own! Limited class size!

This is an interactive course.  Participants should have a laptop with Lightroom 5 or 4 installed.  A mouse is strongly suggested for editing.

We simplify the technical!

I echo Dave's feelings. If you have Lightroom but have found it to be a daunting task to learn - consider enrolling in this 3 part series. Joe is a great teacher and Lightroom is more powerful than I could have imagined. Perhaps single biggest benefit to me will be workflow efficiency. I usually bring home from a day of shooting - hundreds of photos. Managing this flow - now that I understand how to utilize Lightroom will significantly reduce time demands.

Once again Joe did a great job of bringing a complex program down to a practical and easily understood workflow. Before these classes I was ready to give up on Lightroom but Joe has changed that, now I am excited about putting into use what I have learned.
