This is a "Revolutionary War History Weekend", 3 Walks hosted by two clubs. In addition to the Cowpens National Battlefield Walk, Brattonsville and Kings Mountain were all important to our independence. The Asheville Amblers are hosting the Cowpens walk and because of Park regulations, pre-registration must be made prior to the event date. I have copies of the pre-registration form that you can pick up at our next two walks, Travelers Rest or the Paris Mountain State Park Walk. If you cannot attend either of these walks but would be interested in the Cowpens Nat'l Park walk please let me know and I can get a form to you.
